You can pretty easily spot anyone who hasn't been working out or doing real exercise by how much they over estimate their reps, weights and endurance time IF they were working out.

All these fatasses hear is actually fit people doing one minute planks, three minute bags and fifty push ups and just assume that is what they SHOULD be doing and repeat it when anyone asks what their workout looks like.

Not to powerlevel too hard, but I started getting fit again a few months ago after not working out for awhile. I had to cut down what I would have normally done to about half of all my reps, weight and endurance times just to finish the work out and work my way back up over several months.
