DMCA worthy, though depends on the person who's content was streamed without commentary. As some are too charitable to retards like Hasan or Lucas and just let this shit slide. Though it gives them nothing in terms of numbers or even exposure. (Especially with Keffals' small audience) Also, to my knowledge Twitch isn't exactly the best with this sort of thing. At least for the freebooted creators themselves to deal with. Youtube on the other hand makes it mind numbingly easy in comparison.
