I live in a suburb of Buffalo. There are rougher parts of the city. As previously stated the segregation is still pretty obvious here.

I was bit rushed when I typed my original post. What I meant to say that this occurred in a very rough part of the city. One that is overwhelming black in demographic. Developers were finally coming into the city and it’s seeming a sort of revitalization. This has started to gentrify a lot of areas and forcing out poorer folks only adding to tension. This will no doubt bring another Summer of Love.
