So, we know the lady in blue is a fatality, it'd be a miracle if she survived, looks like there are 3 others outside. I suspect the retired cop is closest to the wall, wearing a high vis vest (easier to see in an earlier frame.) I remember reading something of a person being fatally shot while loading groceries into their car, which is most likely the person behind the lady in blue.
