I hope the government cooks your ass. Yes this is something that happens on the regular to get people to take an L when the state doesn't have a case rather than risk going to trial and the 5% chance at getting wrung up with a 10 year bid on a weak case. No this is not bullshit in your case because you helpfully record your crimes and broadcast them on the internet and if I was the prosecutor I wouldn't even offer you a plea deal. God damn I hope he fights the pending hate crime vandalism trial in court too. I know "felted" is an overused meme on here but this guy keeps going all in on the worst hands so it really fits.

The Arizona mace case actually went from 3 days in jail by taking the plea to 30 days after being found guilty at trial. Just correcting you from the 3 months.

As for J6, imagine not pleading guilty to the crime you actually commited; picketing inside the Capitol. That sounds entirely reasonable. The more severe charges are so you just take this plea deal and not waste everyone's time, which I pray he does.

No clue and no idea on what grounds. He's basically treating it like his last stay of execution before he gets the electric chair hoping Trump is re-elected in 2024 and personally pardons him before he can see the inside of a jail cell. His attorney must really be rubbing his hands with a such a stubborn and delusional client. Thanks to Timmy's own video documentation broadcast live on the internet, his crimes are clear as day and yet he is in complete denial of the reality he has created for himself.
