Yeah, even the premise of the OP on reddit is not really a male way to look at things: "I'm straight, but I don't find boobs attractive, so I just feel like I'm missing out." Women tend to be concerned about missing out on some fundamental experience linked to gender, e.g., "All these pregnant women seem all glowing and talk about how excited they are, but ever since I got pregnant I just feel unattractive and tired." Dudes don't really think about sexual attraction that way, at least not the ones I know. It's just like, "Yeah, I'm an ass man. I don't really care about how big boobs are as long as they are there." "Any more than a handful is a waste anyway!"
And I think others are right that the hallmark of MtF communication is the juxtaposition of an overly feminine ("uwu spinny dress") and over-the-top explicit sexual/scatological language. That probably comes from a lack of awareness of how women actually communicate, and also... porn.
