Seeing Yanny's medical details out like this is pretty eye-opening in terms of how much work trannies have to put in to absolutely fail at being the other sex, imo.
 
This man is 34 years old and on four different type 2 diabetes meds??? Like yes I know he’s fat, but even if you’re super obese in your 30s you’re usually just talking pre- or mild diabetes. I’m curious if that came before or after the psych meds though, risperidone in particular can cause metabolic issues though not typically at the dose he’s on.

I’m just blown away by the fact that they let people who clearly have severe mental illness go ahead and mutilate their genitals (multiple times??) because they feel like it. I’m pretty sure scrupulous doctors won’t perform regular old facelift type plastic surgery on people who have all that going on.

Also momma’s claims of “mitochondrial disease” are sus to me, that’s one of those hard to diagnose chronic illnesses that online munchies like to claim they have.

That's a lot of health issues for a 34 year old guy. My grandfather is 86 and diabetic and takes less pills.

I agree. When it comes to trannies, what really bothers me is the obvious attempt at warping of reality. I find the frankenstein aspect mostly pitiable.

But they're delusional, mentally ill people who actually believe they're women. So despite the cognitive dissonance, they'd never be okay with being labeled as anything but women. Larping is their whole goal imo.

Late reply, but if that's the case it's interesting he's taking medroxyprogesterone acetate. It seems like it's a part of "feminizing hormone therapy," but it basically massacres your sex drive.
