I do find it amusing that half of HLEN choose to keep their main jobs/responsibilities while nijiEN actively try to move to streaming as their main job.
It's just Pomu who has mentioned thinning out work to stream more often.
Rosemi still works full-time and Petra is a University student. The rest of them either haven't mentioned outside work (Selen, Nina, Elira, Finana, and all of Luxiem), or have somewhat alluded to still doing some kind of work (Enna and Millie).
For that im glad holoEN its being keep in a bubble that many EN indies & their consumers want to burst because "they are not being real / muh idol culture"

You should be able to trust the managers enough to properly vet the people who aren't a 'risk'. It's not like collabs can be forced or anything. This also wouldn't be an issue if the fact that HoloEN wanting to collab outside of their company but got rejected wasn't public knowledge.
Some people do genuinely want to see interactions and dynamics outside of the same 11 people. That's literally it. As annoying as collab begging is, people who are fans of multiple companies are naturally going to be interested in seeing that happen.

If you want a reason people grew to hate Overwatch, here it is. Everyone has various skills here and all rotate on teams, Nina/Rosemi is bronze where Finana is gold and Bon is plat/diamond. I have Bonbon's POV here because he does his best to help his team vs. Selen but if you want malding watch Finana when she's on even more than Reimu's stream.
This was one of the best collabs they've ever done, especially when they got to the workshop custom games like Genji Dodgeball and the stupid one where everyone is Roadhog pulling each other into the well.
Selen looks sharp as hell as Lucio even after all the time she hasn't been on the game. Some rounds she was outright unplayable.
