McDonalds isn’t like In & Out where the secret menu “Animal Style” is common knowledge. Unfortunately it can sometimes be too difficult for our essential employee brethren to hold the Mayo or add extra pickles on orders.

I prefer the Double Cheeseburger vs the McStingy McDouble with one less slice of cheese. My other gripe with McDonalds is 9 times out of 10 when I want a shake, the machine isn’t working/broken.
That's why you just order a cheeseburger with no sauce. This lowers the risk of confusing anyone. Get a dipping sauce and put that on the burger.

With the lobotomites they normally employ, they'll just get that wrong too.

Anyways, I went about a week and a half ago because nothing else was open at the time and I can't believe two McDoubles and a large fry is 14 bucks. Why is this slop so pricey now? I can get a literal box of tacos and burritos at Taco Bell for ten dollars lol.

I think they've gotten way worse about maintaining the shake machine in the last few years. I'm not sure if it's the restaurants around me are particularly shitty (likely), some COVID-induced excuse (maybe), or if it's finicky new machinery (plausibly).
I heard of two reasons why the shake machines in fast food joints "don't work." The employees don't bother cleaning them out (or know HOW TO) or they need to be serviced by a specialist.

A third reason, which I can't find but believe anyway, is that McWorkers hate using the damn thing.

McDonald's kermunkies are just not good and I won't eat them there. They have really good plastic chicken nuggots though

I just had a weird gut effect from covid where my body refused to digest anything without pain, and then suddenly discovered that certain Mcdonalds burger go in without a hitch. Had to eat those entire week before gut stuff subsided.

You've seriously never heard of kermunkies? They have them at every gas station in the midwest and mcdonalds has them as well.

Can't go wrong with a spicy chicken sandwich on a bad day. Get those happy chemicals flowing with Dr. Habanero.

Know people who can't eat anything but McDonalds and other trashy fast food due to severe IBS. That could be a misdiagnosis because the doctors in my area are mostly glorified drug dealers. There's a running joke between us about how almost every healthy food fucks them up. IBS is some crazy shit.

Mint is really good for IBS, especially any kind of bloating. Any kind of mint. Fresh, dried, mint oil, mint capsules, altoids. More (often and amount) is better.

Edit: why am I--basil julep--shilling mint...
