"Jazz got molested by Sander and that's why he got transed" makes sense on a superficial level, but not if you get autistic about the Bloshinskies. It's pretty clear that Jazz was not wishing for a magical vagina fairy, this is Jeanette fabricating stuff and grooming her son into repeating party lines.

The obvious issue with trusting anything that Jeanette says is that she lies - for example claiming that Jazz would unsnap the popper on his babygrow so that it would drape around him like a dress, when anyone who's ever looked after an infant knows that a baby in a babygrow has no conception of what "gender", "girl" or "dress" is. They just know to scream because they want cuddles from Mummy, or they're hungry, or they're uncomfortable. They're babies.
