Off topic, but one thing that Newfies are bad for that Quebec isn't is gossip. Christ, they can be annoying in prodding into people's business. My parents are from Newfoundland and my dad despises the gossip for personal reasons.

Self-driving cars are a meme, the tech isn't there yet. Their vision systems can be defeated with a piece of chalk or some tape. Just draw up some conflicting markings on the road or road signs and it'll go into the ditch or fail to stop in time and hit a pole.

They ain't getting rid of truckers. Not anytime even remotely soon. That's just neo-luddite automation doomer retardation. If you know anything about the industry you'd know the job is about way more than just holding a steering wheel.

Seeing all of the food donation sites and impromptu kitchens around downtown really points to how full of shit that charity soup kitchen was. If anything the homeless are getting better food from the truckers and they are seeing less traffic and interference.
