Has anyone been able to confirm that the request for a restraining order was granted? Trellis has 12k cases that Judge Costello oversaw, but this one isn't in their database atm. All I've been able to find has been the temporary order mentioned on the hillsclerk website, which looks like it expired back in February.

He signed up for Misdemeanor Diversion Program for the case, which is registered as battery.
MDP for battery has an exclusionary clause:
  • The defendant will be ineligible if they caused serious physical injury, used substantial force, choked, strangled, or perpetrated degrading acts against the victim.
And
  • The victim must consent to the defendant’s participation in the program.
The restraining order was probably dropped, which gave him access to have his record expunged.

We have pictures of Big Clay and Justin from when they were kids hanging out together, and with how sedentary he got I doubt he moved around much to leave the same sphere of influence as Manatreed. He would've heard. Just like how he more than definitely knows his brother is dating an underaged Dream stan.
People have really forgotten how much Clayton is a slimeball of a person willing to pretend problems don't exist just due to him sitting quietly for so long.
