He's not referring to literal debts that you or I would have from a bank but rather the "I'll give you some money now, you do something for me when you're elected" types of debts. Typically most rich people making political contributions are only doing it because they want a favor done for them. Biden (and the Democrats in general) have not been able to get most of these favors through Congress the past year (a lot of the bullshit you see tacked onto bills nowadays are usually favors for some rich fuck who donated at some point). So when the next election cycle comes and the DNC goes back to their big money donors asking for money, the donors will say "you didn't do anything for me last time so why should I give you money this time?" If the DNC somehow convinces them to donate again anyway, the donors are just going to stack even more favors the DNC need to return.

To be fair, troons do often try to imitate the black woman look because they're naturally more masculine and easier to pull off. And with a last name like Jackson-Akiwumi (and how well she camouflages into the background) I'm guessing her genetics are less watered down than some of the other candidates.

Those things are so fucking common, I used to think that companies were legally required to parrot those words. I couldn't understand why there would sometimes be variations in which groups were covered or why I'd see the phrase when riding the bus with no job openings in sight.

It's one thing to have something along the lines of "when hiring, we do not discriminate against race, sex, age, etc...", in fact, I believe you're supposed to put that by law.

It's another thing entirely when you're parroting the same SJW "diversity is our strength" talking point. I've seen posts from staffing agencies boast about how their company is mostly women hires like that's something to be celebrated.
