However despite not knowing how these sort of criminal operations work I wouldn't think it very smart to put up a page that could be traced back to Manuela Vieira (the name on the olx page) if the authorities want to. I am not aware of a theft by finding law but I'm not a lawyer and especially not a portuguese lawyer and have never had to look this sort of stuff up.
