Yeah if nothing else I expect a marked decline in his talking just absurd levels of shit. I honestly think his incursion at Digibro's house was the only fight Ralph's ever been in, and he felt emboldened after """winning""" it. Now that he stepped out of the trannysphere and fought 1 or 2 regular people, he might be realizing how thoroughly your typical adult can kick his shit in and reconsider being so abrasive.
Or maybe he's so concussed he won't remember anything about Portugal at all.

This emergency treatment in Portugal is only the beginning. There's going to be long-term health consequences from this after he's back in the US and that's not even considering the cosmetic problems.
 
While orbital lobe damage would aptly/ironically result in precisely what makes Ralph Ralph, you should probably change the link to orbital bone.
 
People with brain injuries or ptsd, especially if they are short little sawed-off thin-skinned manlet felons with a history of violence and substance abuse, have a tendency towards unpredictable, sometimes irrational outbursts. Certainly not a cause for concern for a young mom-to-be stuck in a crack shack cut off from friends and family, under financial strain.

Ralph was already in very poor health and shape. A beating like this can cause issues well down the line, long after all visible trauma has healed. Judging by his face they surely didn't hold back, so his body got damaged aswell. The internal damage done could be far worse. Beatings this severe can cause very bad damage to your organs which may cause internal bleeding. Damage to tissue, veins or organs is not something you want when you are Ethan Ralph sized.

His black and blue head with kicked in teeth might be the least of his worry.

I would be very surprised if there’s a police report at all because of your first sentence. Tourists who get into trouble buying drugs, fucking prostitutes of dubious age, etc. are targets for robbery because they can’t go to the cops.

I wonder what the cope will be when people bring up him reporting Jesse PS for delivering diapers but not the 4 swarthy aylawgs who nearly killed him?

If Ralph is lying then he received a severe beat down that almost left him for dead, since it’s a rare event in MMA even

If he’s not lying, he probably was punched in the face a few times during the mugging breaking the orbital bone thanks to osteoporosis from Cushing syndrome.

I don’t give two shits what this obese manlet gravity-well claims, nobody gets wrecked that badly without doing or saying something seriously over the line except when tromping around some African shithole where there is a new “President” every other week.
