My first guess was some kind of wingsuit stunt

Nobody seems too surprised by this.

I'm not sure how else you could explain the velocity or how perfectly he came through the window.

But if you slow it down he seems to be wearing normal black pants not the type of thing that's consistent with a wingsuit.
