Funny thing is, she said she had her thyroid removed. Now I'm no doctor, but I know enough to google what a thyroidectomy scar looks like and in all her selfies I've yet to spot one.

Oh, see I don't think the treatment for congenital hypothroidism is weed. That and from a cursory google search the congenital form causes a failure to gain weight in children. You'd think if this wasn't a lie then she'd be on medication of some type to balance t4 levels, leaving her no more likely to gain weight than people with normal functioning thyroids.

Congenital hypothyroidism?
It occurs in as little as .025% of the population. It is also especially rare in Caucasians, occurring most often in Asians, followed by Hispanics and African-Americans. It would also make the fairly normal pictures from her mid teens seem a bit implausible, as she likely would have had issues with weight long before then.
It's not physically impossible, but the statistically likely answer is that she's full of shit.
Of interest while researching a bit of this post is that there are some studies that indicate a link between congenital hypothyroidism and decreased IQ, so....

@wowthisplacesucks, Did you know, that one of the symptoms of born without a thyroid is poor growth. Considering her... generous body size, I doubt that's the case.

Or maybe it's possible, given mental development problems are possible symptoms of being born without a thyroid.

That's only the first problem however. Look at her hands, her fingers on her left hand are like those shitty, soggy string fries you get at McDonalds & her right hand is like an oven mitt. Oh God, her thumb snaps directly to her index finger. Why are hands such a problem for people? They're both a misshapen mess.

Look at that man's ear, look at how hollow it is; that's not an ear, that's a bowl. Look how enormous his left should is, it's as big as his head. What shirt even comes with so many buttons? Look at the collar on his shirt! Why is he wearing his pants beneath his ass? Did he just get out of prison? Is that why he has that psychotic smile?

The bad skin could be an indicator, I also assume she's lazy as fuck. I can't really think of a reason someone would just claim to have hypothyroidism, there's no way to get out of shit by claiming your "alter" did it, no "but I'm bipolar, I'm not responsible for what I say on the internet", and finally no "BUT I TOTALLY HAVE PTSD GUIZ!" There is nothing cool about it, all of the symptoms revolve around things no tumblrina would admit, other than depression, (even if it was as clear as the pimples on their face) what tumblrina would want people to know her as the person with awful hair/nails/skin that needs to drag a coat with them everyday of the year or they'll freeze to death? I'm a bit on the fence of her actually having it, but I'll remain open-minded, tumblrina's are full of surprises aren't they?

As far as her ballooning in size it's possible she could have been on a medication to help her with her weight (i.e. resulting in her bring skinnier when she was 16-17) and then she either stopped taking it or couldn't afford it. And yes, not taking the medication can make all the difference. That's just my theory anyway.
