At first glance it just looked like some generic kawaii desu animu merch, but on closer inspection... yeah, that's definitely designed for the sort of people who fantasise about being small children. 🤢 Why, oh why, must diaperfags and furfags advertise their fetishes wherever they go? It’s even worse than that, they are wanting the patient and other doctors to keep checking their pronouns. As though that will be at the forefront of their minds when dealing with a serious diagnosis. Incredibly selfish and controlling (and, dare I say it, ableist).

But those screechers have a disproportional influence on the media and thus, on politics and public discourse. And they're also firmly entrenched in schools and universities.

Those outfits are what kinder children wear in Japan. I'm not sure on the specifics, but I know it's real and very common in anime designs. I found some real kids, but it felt weird posting them here, so here's some anime shit instead.

I guarantee he put that outfit together because he went "oh, all of these things are blue, and there's orange on my skirt, top and belt" without realising that aqua, cornflower and navy all clash horribly. Nevertheless it's important to remember that Rioley is insane and so he probably experiences these photos more like this:
