HAHAHA, WHAT? That's the picture they're arguing about? This is some "Jesus was on my toast" levels of stupid. We have plenty of video evidence of Rittenhouse being chased down and attacked, and they are arguing over a Rorschach test? Honestly they should be calling in the Ghost Hunters as their expert witness. And I thought the outrage of the judge having "Proud to be an American" as a ringtone was the stupidest thing of the trial. This case should be thrown out due to the insult of our collective intelligence.

Boy, I bet one could REASONABLY DOUBT that Kyle is pointing his gun at anyone in that picture. Also, let's not let everyone get so focused on the battle over a blurry still image that we forget that THE STATE STILL DOESN'T HAVE ANY EVIDENCE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER KYLE IS POINTING AND NOT SHOOTING HIS GUN AT SOMEONE.

This is a trap. The whole exercise is a trap designed to get people to think that Kyle's innocence hangs on this disputed digital image. It does not, and it never has. By stacking up so much time and energy behind this image, the prosecution is successfully reframing the argument and covering up for the fact that they have not produced literally any other evidence that Kyle premeditated and committed willful murder outside the realm of self-defense while very reasonably fearing for his life.

The picture is irrelevant.

I understand that jurors are different creatures from the average person, let alone the average Kiwi, but if I was on the jury and I heard that George Floyd's so-called nephew said on Instagram Live once that "we" have dox of the jurors, with zero proof to back that up, I'd just assume that it was a bluff. And presumably only a few (if any, optimistically) of them would even be at risk of being exposed to that threat. It's nothing if we're being honest. That Instagram Live video is the ONLY threat of jury or judge intimidation that's happened during this trial. The jurors would only be scared enough to unjustly vote to convict Kyle if they all were the same sort of bitch that Kyle killed.

Yes, it's a Rorschach test. Meaning you put meaning on it, not take meaning from it. Meaning the guilty leaners will see a gun up.

Defense and prosecution buy their own food, jury picks something at the beginning of the day and look at a menu during lunch and it's ordered.

Yea I agree. This feels like a slimy thing where the prosecutor takes his 39 hours of closing to say "the defence was trying sooo hard to hide that evidence we showed you Thursday!"

Damn, I hope Kyle ordered some nice Thai food, some Mee Krob, maybe some Tom Kha, an order of Sticky Rice with Mango. Guy should be eating like a king just on the off chance he's sent to the slammer.
