Pros is so blatantly full of shit. "He could be grabbing his gun for any reason!"

I cannot, for the life of me, imagine any juror fall for this idiocy.

Thank god McGinnis was there. Like I'd rather him there than anyone else
Also it does not matter if guns make you uncomfortable!!!

For the love of christ, someone PLEASE send this man to a fucking tailor!

Thought the same watching chauvin's case when potato doc talked bullshit about clogged arteries. But we all know how that turned out.

I think Binger is deeply regretting going for that reckless endangerment charge. Without that charge, there would be no McGinnis, and McGinnis is almost singlehandedly shredding the prosecution's Pedobaum narrative

Richards is just letting him go because he knows he's on Kyle's side. There's no risk to letting Bigger look like a slime ball.

That was an expert witness, and expert witnesses are whores.

This is a prosecutor flailing in an attempt to discredit a hostile witness, by telling him he's misrepresenting his own testimony.

It's not 4d chess, he's just letting Pros make an ass of himself and not interrupting.

I don't know if it's true, but I've heard that some attorneys intentionally wear cheaper suits to court because flashy, well-tailored suits makes juries identify with you less. Again, I don't know if that's true. I'd think it's just as likely that a jury would see someone in a well fitting, nice suit and think "This dude/chick has their shit together. They must know what they're talking about."

You got to remember most juries are full of people too stupid to know how to get out of jury duty or Karen’s who want the power to throw people in jail.

They'd still call him, Richards even said so in opening. He's a relevant fact witness to the first shooting even without that insane charge.

Kek CourtTV is talking about the juror dismissed for a joke, I thought Kiwis were being sarcastic about what the joke was but oh my it really was the truth. The negro CourtTV is consulting about it is upset hahahaha Jacob Blake deserved to be shot more than 7 times.

This is a meme among lawyers because lawyers natually think they're better than everybody.

Do you really think they have never heard of a corrupt prosecutor looking to put away an innocent man for money and clout? In these days of abysmal trust in institutions, do you think they're gonna let themselves be impressed by blatant dishonesty because a guy has a law degree?
