I've never seen a Judge school a lawyer so bad mid trial, he's gonna have to ask for elementary school teachers tools to explain what the fuck is wrong with them
 
If this prosecutor keeps dicking around and gets this trial thrown out oh man the cities being burnt down will be worth all the salt.

Ok I left for like, five minutes. So why is the judge mad at the prosecution? I hear them talking about hearsay and I'm wondering what shit they tried to slide that got him pissed lol
 
So let me get this straight, the defense is planning on using evidence that cites the decedent Rosenbaum had violent tendencies/behaviors and this was admitted by the judge based on that section he cited. The prosecution is trying to use that section to admit this video evidence as how Kyle was behaving and what his frame of mind was? The judge says this doesn't apply to the accused, only the victim? What's in the mind of the defendant isn't governed in this rule.

Prosecution using hearsay, and doesn't realize why its bullshit

Judge blasting him that in this case there is so much bullshit lies on the Defense from everywhere including HIGH PROFILE NEWS SOURCES that it's downright dangerous that the prosecution would consider using hearsay
