Yeah no thanks. Last time we tried to colonize the world we ended up giving most of it back due to changing of political attitudes and got stuck with Puerto Rico - I don't want the Venezuelan version of Bad Bunny in 20 years. Besides, I thought we were tired of Latin Americans.

-> Annexed Spic territory becomes American territory
-> Spics return as US citizens
