Nigga can't afford food, all his money goes straight to xanax and booze. I wouldn't be surprised if ralph measures prices by how many zannys he could get instead, a torta isn't 4 bucks its two thirds of a bar.*

Serious answer: Its a combination of his shirt (Vertical lines have a slimming effect) the angle he's standing at, and he's holding his gunt in as best he can.

His body is really weird now because his face is still fat while the rest of his body is thinner. It makes him look like a bobble head.

I swear there was a video a week or so ago with Ralph dancing and his gunt was hanging out. The gunt is still there, just hiding beneath a baggy shirt.

He's been withering away on alcohol and benzos in a rented Mexican shack. Once you start drinking all your calories and stop eating you lose weight fast.

Probably has perpetual Montezuma's Revenge too.
