Agreed. From what I've observed, Bob was clearly the only one who cared at least a little. Even then, Barb has always been an emotionally abusive psycho. Hell, she took out a reverse mortgage when Bob paid off all of it so Chris could have a house. Sad.
I do not like Chris and even Cole, but fuck, Barb is the type of person where some people just should never have kids and be a parent. She was just a really shitty mom.

No. In 2009, they took out a second mortgage, not a reverse mortgage; the house had previously been paid off. At some point, that loan was acquired by Seterus, a lender/servicer that tends to buy the loans of the financially retarded. It is highly possible, but not confirmed, that Barb took out a reverse mortgage within the past couple of years, which lines up with a reduction in Chris e-begging.

(Additionally, Seterus was acquired by Mr. Cooper within the past few years, and the fact that, to my knowledge, Chris has never bitched about Mr. Cooper is a sign that the second mortgage may have been covered by Barb getting a reverse mortgage. Still, it is not confirmed.)

Pretty much this. If Barb hadn't hired a high priced attorney (she still plead guilty btw), there would have been more money for Chris (who would've have spent it either way, let's be honest). Everything that Bob built, Barb destroyed in the matter of months. No one, except Chris, will cry when she's dead. The sad part is Chris probably didn't/doesn't realize that his mom took advantage of him via emotional abuse/manipulation and theft. Then again, Chris learned from experience since he was taking money from both his parents in the past so, there's also that.
If Barb hadn't spent five figures on Rob Bell, then she would have spent five figures more than she has on useless garbage from Goodwill and sandwiches from Sheetz. She'd still have Discover/Capital One/LVNV/etc suing her for the same amounts, because she's a mentally ill, narcissistic redneck who can't handle money.

Chris doesn't know how good he has it (all things considered) and won't know till after barb croaks, then things like the funeral costs, the mortgage, the property taxes, the debt with the credit companies barb left him with, all start to pile up.
I'm pretty sure the funeral for Barb has already been prepaid; regardless, nice people from church or somewhere will probably help him get a small service. The mortgage and property taxes will be irrelevant, because Barb's creditors are going to take 14BC. Debt can't be inherited in the United States, so Barb's credit cards also aren't Chris' problem, aside from the fact that those creditors are also going to be coming for 14BC.

It's really telling that not one of her children (or relatives for that matter) aside from Chris even look for her.
Bob at least tried to rein in Chris and had his best interests at heart, but Barb, dear Lord.
Chris put an entire documentary on just how terrible a parent she is for the entire world to see.

This makes me wonder how much does the Chandler owe and if someone could buy their debt.

I'm feeling 14 BC will become a mecha after Chris passes.

A. It turns into a crack house after someone refuses to buy it, and Chris tries to live there only after he becomes one of Bubba's girls. Bubba of course being a black pimp who keeps his ladies hooked on smack, so they will be less resistant to hooking.

B. A nice hispanic family from Guatemala buys it as a fixer upper but has a hell of a time trying to pry Chris out of the walls.

C. They tear the shithole down, sell everything inside, and sell the lot.

Damn, there isn't going to be anything left (not that there's anything worthwhile) on 14BLC once the creditors and the bank pick it apart, and you now Chris is going to ramp the e-begging. He'd be better off having a yard sale selling all his toys, like that will even work.

Doesn't Chris have his own credit problems?

You know Barb has mortgaged it out the ass and that's a secured loan. The other creditors are just going to get fucked.

Damn. I imagine there were talks on Barb's part probably saying "since you're famous, why don't you order people to get us more money for the house. And my medicine." Which is why Chris was pretty stressed at the time. I think Barb doesn't care about losing the house because she knows it won't be paid off and is just surviving until the devil comes calling.

I don't know how many times Bob must be spinning in his columbarium. Like I said before, anything he built, Barb, and to a lesser extent Chris, destroyed.

There are different kinds of housing programs. The programs that require the least effort to get into tend to have the most staff oversight. If he put in the work to get into section 8 or something like that, sure, he’d be okay. But I’m guessing he won’t go down to the office and apply. He’s probably going to sit where he is until Barb finally dies, the house gets repossessed and in the process of cleaning him out, he’ll get thrown into some kind of group home for homeless tards.
Almost hit the nail on the head. However, it's far more likely that they'll just toss Chris onto the streets and leave him to fend for himself, considering his laziness will likely prevent him from doing anything.

Barb borrowed against Chris's life or something insurance and I think he may or may not have cosigned a few things with her.
Well, Chris won't apply for a car anytime soon. Might as well get one second hand.

The only thing Bob could probably rest easy about is that at least his family line is continuing with how successful his non-Chris kids are with one even giving a damn to come to his funeral. Meanwhile Barb will likely die alone with the only person probably mourning her would be Chris.

I wonder how Bob's funeral was like regarding Chris. Bob was dying when Chris was trooning out. I don't know if Barb was concerned about appearances and told Chris to be respectful by dressing appropriately, because she still viewed Chris as a male.

It's not minimum wage. It doesn't matter how much it is so long as it is not "substantial gainful activity," which generally means a 40+ hour work week. Certain levels of income are considered indicative of SGA, $1,310 for people who are not legally blind, for instance.

Also certain kinds of activities can prove you aren't disabled. For instance, if you're claiming to be completely paralyzed and making money as a flamenco dancer, you are probably lying.
Isn't "countable income" only half of your taxable income?

That's countable income for means-tested benefits like SSI. It doesn't apply to SSDI, which is a form of insurance. The limit there is how much you earn, because simply being able to earn a certain amount of money by your own labor proves you aren't disabled, as you are clearly capable of making a living income by simply doing that job.

And again, Chris is not on SSI. He is on SSDI.

Unfortunately, only time will tell if he will realize, if ever.

Lots of mothers don’t love their kids. Sociopaths don’t give two shits and just use the kid as much as they can.

In some of the court reports, trolls claim to have seen strangers with Barb and Chris. Possibly people from the church. One of them might get Chris set up in a tard home.
I'm genuinely hoping one of them can get him set up in a tard home. When barb kicks the bucket, if nothing is done, given how much she's fucked him over, I'd say Chris is going to be absolutely fucked. I mean, He's gone off the deep end sanity-wise, he's too tarded to realize how fucked he is, etc. I'm not just hoping, but PRAYING he gets set up in a tard home. Given what we've seen, if he doesn't get that, He's likely to die within 3 years from my estimates.

Same might as well apply to Barb's cremation (not funeral) being already paid for, complete with the place for ashes right next to Bob; someone even raged about people forgetting that part about ten pages ago IIRC.

Backseat moderation aside, isn't Praetor active anymore? They're clearly aiming to get profit off CWC, and seeing how they got four digit amounts off medallions alone, perhaps there's a chance of their further involvement just to get an extra penny or two

With Praetor, my instincts tell me either more hare-brained schemes to maul Chris or a Praetor member troons/catfishes Pristine Goddess Blue-Heart....but I won't hold my breath on the second possibility.
Third option could be a 'staged' pushing OPL in a round-about way to Torch the Franchise and Run....but more money/Praetor being somewhat smarter.
