He'll probably fuck barb, then become depressed, not because his mother has died but because he can't buy anymore lego.
Barb has a ton of cash to leave chris from her old job before she met Bob, Chris can buy all the legos he wants. How do you think she could afford that gold necklace she bought in the 80's, and send Cole to college and pay for his car?

It's a very strange and surreal sadness watching these old "classic" Chris videos from so long ago and realizing how far off the rails he's fallen ever since...

But then again, Chris was 27 years old in that video and was legitimately convinced that a random girl on the internet whom he had never met nor seen a picture of, was seriously flying out to visit him for some "sexy time and Family Guy"...

He shoves her in the shed/burys her in the yard and keeps cashing her pension and social security checks without informing the state she's dead.

He cant help it, it's in his redneck DNA.

You may overestimate chris' inteligence. He can get such idea with time, but i expect him to get the idea of another pitty bux campaign first, letting everyone know his mother is dead and he has to pay expenses, lots of them.

If she were to die suddenly at home..like Chris wakes up one day and finds her dead in bed...I could picture him not immediately calling 911. He'd probably go online first to let everyone know she's dead and spend hours replying to people while Barb starts smelling up the place.

He's going to need to beg in order to bury Barb. Unless they have a plot with Bob, it's going to cost Chris a lot of money. Even a casket base rate is about $500, plus funeral costs outside of just the wake, will be a few grand. Cremation is slightly less expensive but Chris probably won't opt for that.

It also looks like the body must be embalmed ($) and refrigerated if it's not buried within two days in Virginia. Though it looks like he might just be able to have someone dig a hole and dump her in on his property if Greene county allows it.

So we should know within two days when Barb dies because it appears he'll need lots of money very quickly.

Unless something was planned and taken care of in advance, I have the feeling Barb will become the city's problem. She will most likely be given a burial in a potter's field.

I thought I'd read somewhere that they'd once borrowed off their life insurance to pay some bills? So apparently there is some sort of policy in place. I know when my mother died the policy paid for funeral expenses.

That's assuming that Chris would be smart enough to pull off a scam like that, to which he's not. If anything, I'm sure Chris would probably bury Barb in the backyard right next to Patty's 10 ton doghouse, and by that I mean he would bury her barely six inches into the soil since Chris is way too weak and out of shape to bury her six feet, and then her corpse would start to rise up out of the dirt every time it rained, to which Chris would just make a feeble attempt at covering her in dirt again.

I feel things get kinda muddy with Barb since she has a lot of iou's. That might play a huge role in what might happen afterwards.

Barb has done everything she feasibly could to guarantee that, when she dies, her autistic socially inept cowardly son who's proven incredibly vulnerable to scams is going to spend the rest of his life dealing with a near constant barrage of angry debt collectors trying anything and everything they can to scare him into giving them whatever little food money he has laying around.

Barb sucks.

Seriously the only thing worse she could do is head to the city in her final days and borrow a ton of money from some violent mob-affiliated loan sharks, assuming she hasn't already done that.
