Considering that the FFVII Remake didn't even sell 10 million units despite being a remake of the most popular FF game and being released across two console generations and PC, I bet Rebirth is going to sell even worse since it's only being released on the PS5 for now. It's very clear that FFXIV is the only thing that's still making them money.

I'll bet it put a lot of people off that the only game to actually put "Remake" in its name was not a remake at all.

Well, if they released Rebirth on PC tomorrow, I still wouldn't buy it. I waited for FF7R to go on discount and I was still disappointed.
