Never heard of, I assume it, Belle Delphine sounds like a name for a French transvestite. Point being "Entered general discussion" has to be narrowed down quite a lot so those that compete with Billions of others and their sock puppets can count as "celeb" in the classic sense.

I generally think that a "celeb" doesn't exist anymore as in "entered general discussion". The most an attention seeker can call itself is a niche "influencer" - that doesn't stop people gossiping about them
