What are your ways to sleep fast?

I usually listen to music with my earphones if I want to fall asleep quickly. But now I don't need to do anything and can easily fall asleep.

I'd still like to know what techniques you use to get to sleep. Do you masturbate first, or do you not sleep at all?

I listen to sorting algorithims, or 3D printer noises. It tricks my brain into thinking something productive is happening, but its actually just white noise.
