I made a pretty cool Minecraft house tbh
The game can be good when you play with friends.

It's the dude who has his goons wreck the restaurant. I actually got better and can beat him somewhat consistently now.

I think I almost got to the end of one path but died to a group of military guys right before I got to their general. : (

All in all, this is a very unique game. The actual game world itself is pretty tiny, but there's still quite a bit to it and you can approach each situation differently. It's pretty clear this is an experimental title, but it's an interesting one nontheless.

Quite a bit of roleplaying potential as well. You can act like a valiant hero, a cocky asshole, or just stay silent and let your sword do the talking.

I was kinda intimidated by the "You die once, that's it." mechanic, but the game seems short enough so that failure isn't that big of a deal.

Just need to get better at parrying and dodging. Also I kinda wish that you can manually switch targets, but the enemies are pretty good about not wanting to hurt their own, so it isn't a big deal.
Yeah the government soldiers are the final enemies but you fight a lot of them. Usually in group fights only the guy you are locked on to will be very active. Also on day 1 only I believe you can partake in a 1 vs 100 man battle at the foundry, when you start getting towards the end a lot of unconventional weapons will start spawning on the enemies.

I also recommend the sequels if you like 1st one enough. The only one I haven't played is WOTS 4 because I never had a ps3.

Got two of the endings to WotS. First being saving Suzu(?) but nobody else, second was dying in battle alongside Tesshin.

This game probably has one of the steepest learning curves I’ve dealt with in a game. But goddamn, when you get better, you really feel it.

And there’s still quite a bit to do. Different swords to try out, different movesets, endings, ect.

This is a genuinely underrated gem of a game. It takes a lot of getting used to, and while you’re definitely going to die a lot trying to get the hang of things, it is more than worth it.

WotS 4 is on Steam. Decent port and fixes can be found in the steam forums for certain issues. Avoid WotS 3, though, shit port they abandoned way too early on.

Resident Evil HD Remaster, I switched the controls to the original for tank controls.

Playing my backlog of DS games that I got from resale shops for cheap. Playing Dragon Quest VI at the moment.

Being the boomer I am, I went back to play Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 and its expansion pack Yuri's Revenge out of sheer nostalgia. I'm also trying the Mental Omega mod. It's fantastic and a real triumph of what a group of dedicated autists can accomplish. It's the kind of direction I wished Red Alert took before EA brutally and ritualistically murdered the franchise to appease whatever corporate demons they worship.

Feels a bit strange to go back to the early 2000s. Might as well replay Half Life, Diablo II, Oni, Max Payne and especially the original Starcraft with its Vision of the Future fan made campaigns once I find the time.

Finally picked up a copy of Tomodachi Life for the 3DS about a week ago. Been playing it a little every day since then. Fun little game, somewhat-similar-to-yet-not-at-all like Animal Crossing in a sense, but instead of a human moving into a town of animals, you watch over an island of Miis.

For those who have never heard of it, PeanutButterGamer did a great video on the game.

My favorite thing about the game is how over-the-top ridiculous it is. For example, this is a game where:

-You can have Miis of Hank Hill and Doctor Robotnik get into a rap battle against each other
-Have Bobobo and Shaggy from Scooby-Doo (dressed as a ninja) hang out and play video games
-And then you can have Ned Flanders perform a heavy metal concert (while wearing a hamster costume) alongside Venom and Grunkle Stan.

I love weird games like this.

Is that the first wots you're playing? I remember the second and how stupidly powerful the parry system was. And beating the gang leader who drops a nodachi with an iaido moveset. It was hilariously strong but any one move put tons of stress on the blade.

Since the Kulve Taroth raid dropped on PC Monster Hunter I've been mostly doing that. Tried to help one of my friends beat it with just the two of us and got really really close, but neither of our builds are on meta so we didn't finish before he had to leave.

Moekuri

Basically like anime Pokemon but with better gameplay. Story is surprisingly better than expected but its obviously just there just to be a tutorial for a collection focused experience.

Yeah, it's the first. I have yet to play any of the others so far.

Since then, I've gotten almost all the endings (only one left is ending 6) and gotten quite a bit better at the game. My main weapon is the Chigusa.
