it's the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation

X has been going through profiles of employees who work there and they are commie as fuck. They also have their own police department and the Commander's name who runs it is literally named Karen and looks like an SS officer.

Picture Green New Deal, but with guns.

The story is kind of a prelude to what a key Kamala voter actually looks like and how they actually behave when given power
I just kind of assumed that was their super pretentious faggot name for Animal Control to be honest.

I'm guessing more PETA crickets since poor Peanut n' friend were extinguished at the hands of the NY government.

Yeah, I'm not gonna miss Biden one bit. I don't care if he torpedos the DNC before he leaves, he and his handlers trashed my country.
Lol PETA don't care, they're anti-pets iirc.

Anyway, here's my prediction map. Is it optimistic? Sure, but that doesn't mean it's wrong. NY is most likely going blue but I don't want to lose that bet lol.

Alabama man sentenced to prison for threatening Fani Willis, Georgia sheriff over Trump case

An Alabama man was sentenced to nearly two years in federal prison after he threatened Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and the county sheriff in connection with the prosecution of former President Donald Trump, prosecutors announced Tuesday.

Huntsville resident Arthur Ray Hanson II, 59, threatened Willis multiple times in a single Aug. 6 voicemail to the district attorney, including:
  • “Watch it when you’re going to the car at night, when you’re going into your house, watch everywhere that you’re going;”
  • “I would be very afraid if I were you because you can’t be around people all the time that are going to protect you;”
  • “There’s gonna be moments when you’re gonna be vulnerable;”
  • “When you charge Trump on that fourth indictment, anytime you’re alone, be looking over your shoulder;” and
  • “What you put out there, [expletive], comes back at you ten times harder, and don’t ever forget it.”
Hanson also left a message on that date for Fulton County Sheriff Patrick Labat, including:
  • “If you think you gonna take a mugshot of my President Trump and it’s gonna be okay, you gonna find out that after you take that mugshot, some bad [expletive]’s gonna happen to you;”
  • “If you take a mugshot of the President and you’re the reason it happened, some bad [expletive]’s gonna happen to you;”
  • “I’m warning you right now before you [expletive] up your life and get hurt real bad;” and
  • “Whether you got a [expletive] badge or not ain’t gonna help you none;” and “you gonna get [expletive]ed up you keep [expletive]ing with my President.”
“Public servants have a responsibility to enforce our criminal laws, and anyone who threatens to harm or intimidate them will face the consequences of their actions,” said Ryan K. Buchanan, U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia. “We are grateful to our law enforcement partners who diligently worked to ensure public officials are free to perform their essential work without the threat of physical attack.”

“Threats against public servants are not only illegal, but also a threat against our democratic process,” said Sean Burke, acting special agent in charge of FBI Atlanta. “The FBI’s mission is to protect the American people and uphold the Constitution. We take this responsibility very seriously and seek to punish those who engage in this type of criminal behavior, and to send the message that such conduct will not be tolerated.”

About three weeks after Hanson’s threats, Trump was indicted by a Fulton County jury with racketeering, conspiracy and other offenses in connection with alleged election interference in Georgia, including a phone call where Trump asked the state’s secretary of state to fabricate votes to reverse his defeat there.

U.S. District Judge J. P. Boulee sentenced Hanson to one year, nine months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release. Hanson was also ordered to pay a $7,500 fine.

Hanson was convicted on those charges on July 3 after he pleaded guilty to one count of transmitting interstate threats.

For anyone thinking there could be funny business going on, after 2020 the Iowa house and senate forced thru a ton of election reform. Reynolds tried to fight it but in the end she took it like the rino whore she is.

The main thing that will prevent it:
Another aspect of the new law forces all absentee ballots to arrive at the local county auditor’s office before the polls close. Even if the ballot is postmarked before that date, the ballot will not count if it arrives after polls close.

Bro Nevada is one of the most corrupt states in the Union, that state will never flip. Also Georgia is just going to "find" boxes of ballots lol. New York will never flip.

A variable no one has discussed yet is weather. Bad weather depresses turnout election day.

Looks like Philly and Atlanta will have clear skies. Detroit is getting rain. Milwaukee too.

Election Time made a video simulating a play-by-play of election night, following along the closing time of polls. I thought it was interesting, even if his numbers are not as optimistic as I believe, so I decided to put it into text. It can be useful to have something like this to reference, during election night, to have a rough idea of what to expect.

Lets just assume this is completely real.

Should she really allocate resources to a 6 electoral vote place instead of PA, NC, NV and AZ?

This sounds like incredibly terrible advice to me, @Gehenna am I missing something?
Scott Pressler is the guy running the GOTV campaign for Trump in PA. With that in mind it should be fairly clear that the comment is an obvious joke and not serious advice for the Kamala campaign.

I've seen one and it's the only yard sign that's led me to intrusive thoughts.

You know our media and justice system is fucked when I assumed there wouldn't actually be any threats.

Not to powerlevel too much (this is true for many people really) but the DEC has been hounding my family for years. They are HORRIBLE, and have many insane regulations that are clearly overreach but nobody can stop them. You'll find them crawling all over your private property (no warrant needed ofc) if they so much as don't like you, and you better believe you're going away for life if you try to stop them or get surprised and shoot one in the woods. I do wonder if eyes on them over Peanut right after Chevron getting overturned will finally gut them however. I believe they relied heavily on this to make up all of their bogus regulations (de facto "laws" that nobody voted on). God it'll be so cathartic if a Peanut lawsuit or Trump scatters them to the wind.

Maybe? I think the real trick is you're not supposed to be doing it at the behest of horrible people for the purpose of societal manipulation and ulterior political motives. But I could be wrong.

You realize that might not matter right. If you don't I promise I'll be courteous in my reply if you need an explanation as to why.
Why wouldn't it matter? Same thing as 2020 will happen. Trump will win on Nov. 5, but when you all lay your heads down for a nice shleepy shleep, the ballot counters will go brrrrr, knowing how many votes they need to win. When you wake up, OH look at that, wouldn't you know it, Kamala is just squeaking by 1 point! CWAZYYYY.

@0713 Why wouldn't Illinois be a guaranteed Democrat win like it always is? The state at large might be unilaterally red, but Chicago renders the electoral results blue so profusely that you can't even really call it a purple state (disregard my question if Election Time addresses that, I'm kinda doing other stuff in the background tonight while this thread is ongoing).

This might be a good time to see if you can get a sympathetic judge to issue a restraining order (yes. you can get a restraining order against government entities).

Because each county has a maximum, known number of voters. If turnout reaches a certain %voted for Trump of %turnout, they can't cheat it without destroying votes.

I cannot imagine being wrong on this, anyone feel free to correct me, but it must be more difficult to destroy a vote than add one.

He and his wife are professional Civil War reenactors and appear to really enjoy suing people.

There is a lot of crossover between Union LARPers and communists. The modern american commies project themselves really hard on Lincoln and the Union as they see it as their dream of crushing reactionaries by force. Needless to say this is all cope and actual Union people were not in any way progressive or communist.
