Let's also remember that a huge reason mail-in ballots were much higher in 2020 was that whole covid thing where people were being told they'd die if they went to vote in person.

I had a similar experience. Took about an hour and a half or so. Everyone was in a pretty upbeat mood too and nobody really got into who they were voting for or why. It was nice to see.

Something tells me that regardless of who wins, there’s some dark days ahead; always darkest before the dawn or some shit like that. People are going to need to lean on each other when that day comes. Based on my experience, I’m cautiously hopeful.

I have decided that if Trump wins after the election is over that I will not go on Twitter to mock and harass all the retards posting stupid shit. A lot of them are just sperging about election stuff and I can understand that. Not all of them have a Kiwi Farms to go and shitpost in.

Mass mail in ballots also make it much easier for low propensity voters to turn out, these are the people not turning out for the DNC, their 4 and 3 star turnout is similar to Republicans.

When I was in graduate school during the Covid-19 pandemic, one of my journalism professors told me that the global catastrophe was the story of a lifetime. Safety was paramount, but it was our journalistic duty to go outside and tell the story. Celebrities felt the importance of the moment, too. The only problem was that actors and musicians can’t exactly spend hours in the lab developing a vaccine. So they came together over a Zoom video and sang “Imagine.” The public’s reaction? They thought the video was tone-deaf, cringe, and the absolute opposite of what the world needed.

America faces another uncertainty point this week. The 2024 presidential election between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump decides what path the country walks down for the next four years. It’s the understatement of the year to say there’s a lot at stake. When the world feels this divided, it’s hard to find levity in just about anything that isn’t a collective sigh followed by a joke about the end of the world. But when the Avengers cast mobilized over Zoom for a recent video, I braced myself for another “Imagine”-level event.

Thankfully, I can’t say it’s as bad as the OG. At the very least, it’s nice to see everyone support Harris’s campaign. Robert Downey Jr. is here, alongside Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany, and Danai Gurira. The overall gist is that it’s time to “assemble” and vote. They pitch some catchphrases for Harris’s campaign, including references to many Marvel Cinematic Universe films. “I could do this all day,” Evans says. It’s cute. Maybe it’ll even distract you for a minute or two. I could do without the jokes about the death of democracy should she lose, but c’est la vie.

Naturally, social media had a field day with this one. Harris needing to call the Avengers to defeat Trump is an obvious jab flooding the comments here. The secondhand embarrassment of watching the whole thing doesn’t help, either. Just because it’s not as bad as the “Imagine” video doesn’t mean that’s not the first thing that comes to mind. Still, anyone waiting for the Avengers to tell them who to vote for on Election Day can now feel empowered as they head to the polls.

And yet they haven't dealt with the core problem, because they can't admit the previous elections have been stolen. You're not stopping anything when saying that the previous elections were stolen still gets you fired, banned, and treated like a threat. The people who protested a stolen vote are still in prison and considered traitors.

There is no such thing as too big to rig. There is only creating the perception of the American people that the opponent simply cannot win - and that will not happen with Kamala. The 2020+ method of stealing can create infinite votes anywhere they want, the courts will ignore it, and the people will cover their eyes and pretend it's not happening because they can't bear to accept that their vote means nothing.

Your chad, angry energy will really stop that rigging, I'm sure. It's not like Trump supporters said the same empty rhetoric last time when people brought up the theft in 2018 or anything. I'm sure that this election cycle where anti-Trump people are so radicalized they tried to assassinate him thrice will cause people on the ground to cheat less than they did on the year where they tried to assassinate him zero times.

There are only two possible ways to stop the rigging: force the country to acknowledge that the cheat actually happened, and flood all polling locations with unbiased watchers, and the latter option is imperfect, as they will do their best to eject poll watchers and tamper with the numbers anyway. You can run around and wave your polls and your gaffes all you want, they mean nothing. If they're already catching cheating attempts now, the cheat will be massive on Tuesday.

I'm going to antagonize Patrick Tomlinson by doing nothing, however the thought of someone being happy that Trump won will send him into hysterics regardless. Regardless of the outcome Fatrick will be a fat annoying faggot (with bitch tits).
