Because it looks nothing like that. That's not what it looks like at all.

I would assume (which I don't in this case) composite rendering long before it being a jet whizzing by in the distant background, because parallax at such a distance won't present that level of motion blur without a long exposure. A contrail on top of this would need a significant amount of wind influence to even begin smearing in the image.

I've seen this happen before, and all my autism scream's something's fucky. Back then, it was during #dropkiwifarms and a glowing interview of Keffels was archived on Wayback, but all the critical comments were replaced with some cute kitty video nonsense. I'd have to dig deep to find it again.
