The mainstream media is very much in the tank for Pedojoe. In fact, they may only be bringing up the possibility of a Trump 2024, and may also be mentioning recent polls that show Trump actually *winning the national popular vote* (which was not a thing at all in 2016 polls or in 2020 polls, aside from a few 2020 Emerson polls in late 2019 early 2020), only because they're making the calculation that they would be doing Pedojoe a *disservice* and making it easier for Trump to win if they ignored Pedojoe's mishaps or ignored the 2024 polls showing Trump winning. The broken clock is right twice a day. I think he's right that the media are, to some extent, highlighting the Biden admin's collapse and are playing up the "threat" of a Trump 2024 run for ratings purposes, as well as to salvage the last shreds of their credibility. Trying to paint the Biden admin, which is clearly failing by purely objective measures, as being all roses and sunshine would just make them look even more like American Pravda than they already do. But there is a common cope among leftists that "Blormpf only won in 2016 because the media gave him attention", since they can't face the fact that people who vote for Republicans might have agency and legitimate qualms with the Democrat party.
Maybe in the hinterlands but the big cities are just as "vibrant" and bugman-infested as any American city. Vancouver is basically a Chinese overseas territory at this point and there are huge swaths of the Toronto area where you would be hard pressed to find a white person. Calgary and Edmonton both have Punjabi mayors.
Might I ask which vtuber is laughing? Just for research purposes.I so desperately want to believe, because if it's true that Trudeau, lord of our cucked neighbor Canuckistan, called Kopmala the PC version of a nigger to her face -

What will be done with that money in reality:

I don't believe it could even go into effect without the order being tied up in court. One of the benefits of our republic model is everything is so decentralized issuing edicts that apply to everyone in the country is nearly impossible. The Canadian trucker strike would never happen in America. The leaders would have their bank accounts seized and would be bagged and sent to black sites within hours.
It is amazing to see us saying that the media is clearly in the tank for Biden while Progressives scream that the media is against Biden.

President Biden issues an infrastructure 'roadmap' to help spend $1T
View attachment 2939144
President Joe Biden urged U.S. governors on Monday to ramp up their construction plans as his administration rolled out a guidebook for accessing the nearly $1 trillion made available by the bipartisan infrastructure deal.
Biden welcomed governors to the White House on Monday as part of the winter meeting of the National Governors Association, and he cajoled them on the importance of infrastructure.
“You know how to build roads and bridges,” the Democratic president told them. “Well, we got a hell of a lot to build.”
After the meeting, a pair of governors described infrastructure as a place for bipartisan cooperation and stressed that it was important for states to be able to spend money as they see fit.
“In terms of the infrastructure, the magic word from the governors is give us flexibility, hold us accountable, but we know how to invest in infrastructure and, trust us, and we want to partner with the administration," Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson, a Republican and chairman of the National Governors Association.
New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy, the association's vice chairman, said infrastructure was “probably the topic that came up the most, was discussed the most, and where we found an enormous amount of enthusiasm." Murphy added that he would “underscore” the significance of "flexibility ... in terms of how the monies can be spent. ”
Mitch Landrieu, a senior White House adviser who is supervising the infrastructure spending, said the goal of the 461-page book is to ensure that all communities have the details on how to qualify for funding, no matter their size or politics.
“It's an absolute road map," said Landrieu, a former mayor of New Orleans.
The book is meant to level the playing field by making it easier for smaller cities, tribal leaders, nonprofits and faith-based groups to compete for money that usually only lobbyists know how to access. The infrastructure deal is unique in its scope as it goes beyond roads and bridges to include such initiatives as broadband internet, replacement of lead water pipes and resilience against climate change.
Administration officials assembled the guidebook quickly as the infrastructure package became law on Nov. 15. Copies are available online at build.gov, though the administration is working with associations and direct contacts to make sure it reaches government officials in communities of all sizes. Landrieu said he has already spoken with 43 governors and more than 250 mayors as part of the push.
The infrastructure package includes 375 distinct programs, of which 125 are new. And while the guidebook is more than twice the size of the F. Scott Fitzgerald novel “The Great Gatsby,” it's considerably shorter and easier to navigate than the infrastructure law, which stretched for more than 1,000 pages.
About 60% of the funds are available through formula and 40% through competitive applications. Not all the infrastructure money is able to go out as the federal government is operating on a continuing resolution that runs through Feb. 18, instead of an annual budget. Still, not all of the money will go out immediately as the programs are generally operating on a five- to seven-year timeline.

We say that the media is in the tank for Biden because they're giving him way more leeway and benefit of the doubt than they gave Trump. They're saying that the media is against Biden because there's only so much that the media can do to polish a turd.It is amazing to see us saying that the media is clearly in the tank for Biden while Progressives scream that the media is against Biden.

With the Californian supermajority to boot. Man, sure look forward to twitter processing this one. They'll probably just quietly ignore it.In case anyone was curious on the status of universial healthcare in the US, the bill in California that would've introduced it failed because the Democrats couldn't get enough votes. So... never happening.
Not never. Just means they now have an indoctrination goal for 2050.In case anyone was curious on the status of universial healthcare in the US, the bill in California that would've introduced it failed because the Democrats couldn't get enough votes. So... never happening.
What was the bill number? I'm curious which democrats voted against it and why. I'm guessing it's probably some of them not getting paid enough for it.In case anyone was curious on the status of universial healthcare in the US, the bill in California that would've introduced it failed because the Democrats couldn't get enough votes. AB1400. It didn't even go to a vote because the author of the bill found out it wouldn't pass before he put it up for one. What was the bill number? I'm curious which democrats voted against it and why. I'm guessing it's probably some of them not getting paid enough for it.
Thanks!AB1400. It didn't even go to a vote because the author of the bill found out it wouldn't pass before he put it up for one.
So how are they funding this without anyone paying for it?(a) Every resident of the state shall be eligible and entitled to enroll as a member of CalCare.
(b) (1) A member shall not be required to pay a fee, payment, or other charge for enrolling in or being a member of CalCare.
(2) A member shall not be required to pay a premium, copayment, coinsurance, deductible, or any other form of cost sharing for all covered benefits under CalCare.
(c) A college, university, or other institution of higher education in the state may purchase coverage under CalCare for a student, or a student’s dependent, who is not a resident of the state.
(d) An individual entitled to benefits through CalCare may obtain health care items and services from any institution, agency, or individual participating provider.
(e) The board shall establish a process for automatic CalCare enrollment at the time of birth in California
They have a lot of categories for not discriminating EXCEPT for political affiliations.(a) All residents of this state, no matter what their sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability, age, previous or existing medical condition, genetic information, marital status, familial status, military or veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, pregnancy-related medical condition, including termination of pregnancy, citizenship, primary language, or immigration status, are entitled to full and equal accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, or services in all health care providers participating in CalCare.
Doesn't require companies to stop providing private insurance (yet).(c) This act does not create an employment benefit, nor does the act require, prohibit, or limit providing a health care employment benefit.
Except when it comes to mandates for things like covid I'm sure.(e) It is the intent of the Legislature that neither health information technology nor clinical practice guidelines limit the effective exercise of the professional judgment of physicians, registered nurses, and other licensed health care professionals. Physicians, registered nurses, and other licensed health care professionals shall be free to override health information technology and clinical practice guidelines if, in their professional judgment and in accordance with their scope of practice and licensure, it is in the best interest of the patient and consistent with the patient’s wishes.
I'm sure this plan won't have its own economic needs at all.(4) Individuals often find that they are deprived of affordable care and choice because of decisions by health benefit plans guided by the plan’s economic needs rather than patients’ health care needs.
Can't wait to see the bureaucracy that comes with this program if it ever passes. I've seen the shit show they have currently with managing the existing programs. Like a simple project transfer being 3 years behind schedule.(6) Billions of dollars that could be spent on providing equal access to health care are wasted on administrative costs necessary in a multipayer health care system. Resources and costs spent on administration would be dramatically reduced in a single-payer system, allowing health care professionals and hospitals to focus on patient care instead.
Gotta stop another DrUmPh from kicking out all of the illegals.(f) (1) It is the intent of the Legislature to prohibit CalCare, a state agency, a local agency, or a public employee acting under color of law from providing or disclosing to anyone, including the federal government, any personally identifiable information obtained, including a person’s religious beliefs, practices, or affiliation, national origin, ethnicity, or immigration status, for law enforcement or immigration purposes.
(2) This act would also prohibit law enforcement agencies from using CalCare’s funds, facilities, property, equipment, or personnel to investigate, enforce, or assist in the investigation or enforcement of a criminal, civil, or administrative violation or warrant for a violation of any requirement that individuals register with the federal government or any federal agency based on religion, national origin, ethnicity, immigration status, or other protected category as recognized in the Unruh Civil Rights Act (Part 2 (commencing with Section 51) of Division 1 of the Civil Code).
