When taken in full context with the order of the chapter, it’s meant to always be in a state of conversation with god, and to maintain your faith and prayer during times of good and bad. The scripture details how your actions should follow your prayers as it keeps your mind in the relationship with god and with the rest of what Thessalonians 5 says
This isn’t saying to pray at all times, it’s saying to be spiritually mindful and to have prayer be a regular activity, but prayer in that regard is not the same as offering a prayer for someone else. There is a reason Christian say “you’ll be in my prayers.” Because they’re making point to add that individual into their regular prayers. Offering a prayer to someone during a tragedy or suffering a hardship is taking away from your regular prayers thanking god for your food, your good fortune, your family, and even your own hardship. It’s putting them in the same spiritual level or even higher than your average prayer, it means something when you pray for some else.
They're issued the guns that they keep at home and are supplied ammo for their designated range days while they're in active service but can't take it home. AKs are really a terrible murder weapon. At around 9 pounds loaded and with a very bulky profile, they're difficult to conceal. That's why black people prefer to use handguns, which can be tucked into the waistband and fired indiscriminately at crowds. However, statistics show that a black person with a handgun is at least 10x more likely to commit murder than a white person with a handgun, so it makes more sense to remove black people from the USA than handguns.
