Who are "the people", again? Are they foreigners?
it's a judge doing politics, judges should never do politics because they aren't voted into their positions.
The good news keeps coming.
looks like a performative move, NICE TRY FBI.
unless all, and i mean all mossad agents are sent back to pissrael, i ain't buying it.

I was informed that Trump was the top shabbos goy and we’d be at war with Iran.

There will be something with Iran, be patient.

If you understand how the Islamic Caliphate of Iran and their leaders think, you know that they never let a slight or considered wrong go. They will never accept Israel or the Jews. They also believe this is about a waterway and their rights as a sovereign nation. A civil war has been brewing in that country for 20+ years. They have days without power and water, even people who are not on the bottom of the socio-economic scale are effected. They’re in their death throes, they won’t go out without a fight and they do not care about the people of Iran, their fellow muslim, or anyone else.

On top of all that, China owns so much of Iran and their government. A direct consequence of the sanctions put on Iran by Trump during his first term. And they have a partnership with Russia, so whatever happens in that War has an effect.

The 11th amendment grants a positive right to states to be free from suit. The existence of the 11th amendment actually supports the interpretation of the broad Constitution.

The Preamble describes who the Constitution was created by, not a binding on who it is for. Otherwise the 3/5ths compromise would not have ever been legally enforceable, as slaves were not citizens.
Oh yeah? Well, the 14th Amendment means you're a nigger and you should shut the fuck up.

I already believe what I believe, you don't have to give me more reasons.
Why does the constitution enumerate citizenship and not "person" every time if the constitution is just a blanket set of rights to random foreigners.
Why is there diplomatic immunity if the constitution grants them these rights?
Interesting hmm?

If the majority of it went to US domestic animal feed, China not buying it wouldn't be a problem. The fuck are you even trying to say, faggot?
You're the mongoloid that asserted that soybeans are "SOMETHING AMERICANS DON'T WANT". The soy we use domestically goes, predominantly, to making animal feed, a product American farmers not only want but need. China refusing to buy our exports causes a major financial loss to multiple significant domestic industries. Consider using your brain for once.

The judge is a moron but going ‘omg this judge says the Constitution applies to everyone in the US!’ just makes you look like an ignorant retard because that precedent is baked into the fact the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. The idea that it wouldn’t apply to a foreigner makes no sense, because those rights or lack thereof would have to be superior to the Constitution. That’s not possible. This is made clear by the fact that Constitution goes out of its way to point out which rights and privileges are afforded to citizens only.

The actual response to this case that doesn’t make you look like a complete moron is to point out that the president has complete control over which foreigners are allowed to be in the country, therefore there doesn’t need to be a reason to revoke the visa at all. There is no first amendment argument here because the first amendment isn’t relevant in this case.

If you have a surplus of something to the extent that you need the government to bail you out because you keep making it and won't change your product, it means you are providing a commodity people want SIGNIFICANTLY less of than you're producing. If you can't apply that logic to my statement, you're the mongoloid who's just looking for an autistic slapfight about pedantic shit. Fuck off, retard.

Cause it's meant to keep us from becoming a shithole like Africa that snatches up legal visitors that are not "Citizens" and enslaving or selling them. It works when we don't have a government that actively tries to jew the language.

It’s the same bullshit with corn. Why don’t the farmers try farming something that’s profitable on its own? Single-crop farming is retarded in the first place. We need to encourage Medieval style farming.

‘B-but people will starve to death!’ Yeah sure, retard. Obesity is the number one killer in America. Plus even if people do starve, we’ve solved the housing crisis.

I don’t take troons seriously and never will. You can’t not insult me and my beliefs call me evil bigot but at the same time demand I respect you and call you by the name you want to be called. I’d go far to say that troons are the worst group of people to ever exist.

The reason there is a surplus is because China is now choosing to no longer import the soy; the plants were already in the ground before China said they weren't buying this year. Your logic is flawed and your butthurt is palpable.

Sometimes you people should do a teeny bit of searching, or research for outing yourselves as fuckign retards. i'll make it super super simple. THEY GROW CORN BECAUSE THEY GET PAID TO GROW CORN. IF THEY DON'T GROW CORN, THEY DON'T GET PAID TO GROW CORN. CORN GETS SUBSIDES, NO CORN, NO SUBSIDIES.

Weaning farmers off subsidies is the answer, will never happen though.
