It's absolutely hilarious when it shows up. Kazuichi is a comic relief character.

It does look like the mentions of Hiyoko's bullying were removed.

There are things in DR2 that are legitimately meant to be scary. Such as the implications of what the students did as the Remnants of Despair. But a funny face is enough to trig-trog the Tropers.

Also, for the hands, they can be shot down just fine and they constantly make silly high pitched "I'll swallow your soul" noises.

At least in the 80's cartoon and the cartoon movie with the balloon race made them look more human.

Sacrificing your childhood interest for the sake of being 'mature' is childish???That's some screwed up logic right there.So basically act like a kid even when you're 50???So by their logic the most mature individual is the one that never grew up.I think someone has some 'issues' with growing up and more exactly people not 'understading' that.
 
Do tropers realise that South Park while frequently dabbling in real life issues is also supposed to be a joke to an extent?Also that there is no real substitute for real interactions with real people when it comes to learning about the world?Finally a funny thing doesn't this whole nostalgia=bigotry thing contradict their analysis of the Lego Movie part 2 where they're saying that growing up is bad since you're sacrificing your childhood???Which points to very poor quality control on the site if it can contradict itself so easily.

There's a famous quote by C.S. Lewis about wanting to be seen as mature as childish and as he grew up he put away childish things, like wanting to seem mature. A lot of tropers use that quote to justify watching children's TV and reading children's literature.

Thing is, Lewis was also a functional adult with his own family, something a lot of these tropers aren't. I highly doubt Lewis was talking about being a manchild as much as he was being a regular adult.
 
What C.S. Lewis was saying was probably more like don't overdo it when it comes to appearing like you're an adult.Basically don't remind people 24/7 you're an adult and should be treated as such because that's a mark of insecurity.I doubt Lewis meant it in the sense of still acting like a kid when you're 50.He probably meant it in the sense of youngsters shouldn't go overboard in appearing like they know what adulthood means when they barely reached it and haven't know much if anything about the world yet.Lewis would probably be surprised if his quote is now used as justification for acting like a spoiled kid in your 30's.
 
If you are trying to project maturity, you are immature. Mature people don't spend any energy on appearing to be mature. That's how I take that quote. If you are throwing away your He-Man lunchbox because you think your friends will make fun of you for liking little kid shit, you're immature. If you throw away your He-Man lunchbox because it smells like shit, that does not make you mature or immature.

He missed the third rule that at the time, nobody would have expected to be necessary. Which is, if you are trying to act immature, then you are immature. That covers the man-child thing.
