Don't know why he's singling out Jeanette, Eleanor gets the same treatment and has a sexy harem outfit in the movie as well. Why aren't her legs good enough? It is cause she's fat? Come on TV Tropes get it together it's 2019, keep your fatphobia in check, fat chipmunks have just as sexy legs as skinny ones.

Chipmunks are 8 if I recall correctly
The movie is actually filled with panty-shots and the like I would not be surprised if it made a few kids furries. The animators went out of their way to sexualize the Chippettes. Don't know why it's mostly family-friendly movie but it happens much too often throughout to just ignore.
Here is scene that gif is from and probably what the Troper above was thinking about for context if you are curious. It's a musical number with even more panty-shots littered through it.

The ages of the characters varies depending on which incarnation you're watching. Sometimes they're depicted as being in high school. But they were deffinatley established as being around 8 years old during the first few seasons of the 80s series. The movie was made around the time it started getting more ambiguous.

Seeing as how he said that viewers were "rewarded" with Jeannette's panty shots...

Troopers are creepily obsessed with panty shots. It got to the point where they had to remove the examples from the main page.

Here's the old and new discussion pages. One guy is quite upset about the lack of a "proper" page image:

I'm a little peeved that the article's current image doesn't actually feature the trope in question (at least not from the viewer's view anyway). Can't we use an image of someone else who actually demonstrates the trope, like say Kaere from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei

So instead of replacing it, can we put in an additional image that, y'know, actually demonstrates the trope in question? I mean, Unwanted Harem has an image of a harem...

I disagree, but for a different reason.

As a writing device, it is as legitimate a trope as anything else.

A good example comes from the manga Rosario To Vampire, where the author made it clear they were NEVER going to have their main female character do one of these on purpose, they felt it would lessen her badass action girl schtick where she showed her sexuality on terms she felt dignified, at least early on.

Later, the rule was broken, but only in situations where it made logical sense (like it being a windy day or something of that nature)

It's a good way to tell the difference between the first and second season of the anime adaptation. The first, which stayed mostly true to the manga, obeyed this rule. The second, a tacky as hell cheesecake fest that pissed all over the original manga's intentions, it blatantly violated this rule, which is a nice shorthand way to display it being made without input of the original author.

That aside, I concur it was fucking creepy (and that's putting it lightly) to list all sorts of examples of panty shots even when it had no relevance to the story (aside from the example I posted above). In fact, most people just couldn't quit writing with one hand and I had to lock the ATT page because I unfortunately attracted some weapons grade sick fucks who defied the rules on keeping their perversion off the wiki.

Also, for the hands, they can be shot down just fine and they constantly make silly high pitched "I'll swallow your soul" noises.

That face is meant to be comedic what the fuck.

Then again not sure if it's deleted or whatever but I remember a troper saying Hiyoko's bullying was nightmare fuel.
