What are these people talking about, where is the confusion?? Why are they claiming the Bible allows trannies? It CLEARLY does not.

It means what it says. Both sexes wore robes but the sizes and the cuts of the robes were different, alongside probably color and other sorts of ancient fashion - so there was a distinction that was meant to be enforced between the sexes. It also prohibits men disguising themselves as women and vice versa so they can't sneak around and commit adultery or do other deviant things. Generally it prohibits people from dressing up to deceive others through their appearance as to their sex - which is what makes it applicable to troonery in our modern context.
