After it happened, posted screenshots of the guy's Fetlife account - I thought it was on the Farms, but if so, I can't find it - and it was full of gay bondage furry pictures, but nothing about amputation or body modification. I can see why the person trying to set the record straight would leave that out, but it fit with "he's a weirdo but wasn't trying to mutilate himself."

I am a transgender man and I have been on testosterone for years now. My partner of 4 years is a transgender woman who’s been on estrogen for 2 years and lately she has been expressing how she wishes that I had a real dick to fuck her. She follows up by saying “I’m sure you wish I had a vagina” and I’m like no I don’t because I love you for you and I love everything about you no matter what. I top her a lot but she constantly says how it doesn’t feel real enough and I feel like I can’t actually have an emotional type of response to it because I try so hard to understand where she’s coming from without taking it personally. She experiences dysphoria as well and mine is pretty bad a good amount of the time especially regarding my genitalia. When she says that it makes me feel so inadequate and just even more dysphoric. What do I do and how does anyone else feel about this situation. Am I over reacting or am I valid because I’m very conflicted on what I’m allowed to feel.

Anesthesiologists are the real MVPs in the surgical world. Incidentally, many of the operations (SRS or otherwise) I’ve seen people rant about being cancelled for non insurance reasons have been because of the anesthesiologist refusing because they knew going under could severely harm or kill the patient. Even if it’s to protect their own ass legally, it still also protects the patient’s life in the long run. He’s doing him a favor, especially after troon basically made intubation impossible. Fuckin’ ingrate.

He should consider himself lucky that he can speak at all since many of the other few troons that I’ve read had that surgery lost the ability to speak permanently. But that’s not affirming or coom worthy enough.

Professional ethics are a foreign concept to the general public.

I have no doubt that the anesthesiologist would have this documented in triplicate describing the exact sequence of facts to come to this outcome; to provide background for any professional review — regardless of the type of surgery, cosmetic or otherwise.

That's interesting because when I was a very young kid I recall I had that vague feeling too. That of the first ten numerals, 2, 4, 6 and 9 were female. Somehow. Must have come from the part of the brain where European/Latinate/Romance languages assigned genders to inanimate objects. It must be some deep seated thing not reflected by the English language.

Screw the BBL- what if you need intubation or anesthesia for an actual, life-saving, emergency medical intervention? Your risk of death or serious complications is significantly increased at this point as a result of your elective genderspecial stupidity. I’d say the likelier possibility of that is a lot more concerning, but I’m not a troon, so what do I know?
