There was me foolishly thinking that trannies have always been who they are now. Why would you need to 'kill off' your previous self when said previous self was ostensibly every bit the tranny you are now, just in an un-mutilated body? Why do you even have a 'previous self'? How is the person you are today in any way extrinsic to who you were yesterday?

By saying shit like this, how are they not directly and unambiguously admitting that being a tranny isn't in fact an essential part of someone's nature and is instead something they decide upon/get groomed into later?
