Has anyone been keeping up with HeyEmilyPink? The troon that always offered hugs on reddit? I was checking in on him daily, but got bored and forgot about him after I decided to touch grass for an extended amount of time. I had over 70+ pages of this thread to catch up on and didn't see anything about him mentioned.

I just went to look at his reddit account, only to find out he has deleted his account. I am now wondering why he deleted it; did he realize he was being talked about on here, or did he have another mental breakdown and will be back under a different account?

HeyyyEmily_Pink deleted his old account "for private reasons". I reckon it's because no one was falling for his "I am not trans: I am just a supportive ally" and "People who keep calling me trans and pointing to “old tweets I made”: I am a cisgendered girl just leave me the fuck alone and stop harassing me, I am just a cute girl trying to support people" posts and they kept calling him trans when he posted his selfies. In one comment section someone actually linked to a screenshot of that post he made on /r/MtF admitting to being trans, it was great.

Since then, Chiara has become the organiser for Youth Demand, which is Just Stop Oil joining up with Palestinian Action, broadening in scope to oppose genocide by calling for "a two way arms embargo on Israel AND an end to new oil and gas drilling". Their recent actions have been switching paint colours to spray the Labour Party's HQ with red paint, and then protest outside Keir Starmer's house, placing children's shoes on his front steps to symbolise dead Palestinian children.

As a reminder, Keir Starmer is leader of the opposition, and is not currently in charge. Additionally Labour managed to pass an opposition day motion to call for a humanitarian ceasefire and condemning killing. Also, Keir Starmer has two school aged children.
The "L" in this case is Chiara going on a variety of shows to defend the group's actions while being completely unprepared for the very obvious counter arguments, for example "if it's ok to protest outside someone's house if you disagree with them, does that mean people can go protest outside your house if they disagree with you?".

They don’t really have a plan B. Suicide threats have mostly worked so far, and there’s nothing else they can say. It’s not like they can threaten to withdraw their labour and it’s not like they can escalate.

It should be noted I think that the elbow surgeries are actually asked for by the kids themselves. These kids have dreams of the major leagues but their bodies can't keep up. It's sad and related to the extreme pressures professional sports recruiting, related to the money in that. But it's not an arbitrary thing, it's the equivalent of paying for coaches for Olympic level swimmers young. For these kids to have a chance and entering professional sports, they have to start really young these days, everything is so optimized that you can't start later, so the surgerys being done are in a certain sense unnecessary because a small amount of damage to the UCL isn't crippling right away, but if there's any desire to keep going in sports, they'll have to do it at some point.

This is about the achievement in sports, which I realize not everyone cares about, but it's a real tangible thing and a believable goal that these kids have, it's not a nebulous journey to nowhere for the sake of narcissistic navel gazing.

Tommy John surgery is a surgery performed to fix a torn elbow ligament. It isn't considered until after an injury is already sustained. Additionally there are ways to reduce risk of a UCL tear (reducing pitch count, teaching proper mechanics and how to pitch to contact) that would require TJS to fix.

Troon surgeries mutilate/amputate healthy functioning tissue. The comparison is poor (although understandable using trans logic). A more valid comparison would be copious PED usage leading into surgery to increase your height.


PL Sidenote - kids with genuine professional/Olympic potential are very rare and that potential is usually apparent fairly early. In my 10+ years of coaching multiple high school sports only 5 come to mind (1 made it, 2 did not, 2 tbd). The real grift is convincing the parents of average to slightly above aaverage high school athletes that their kid is a division one scholarship player.

Is there any real evidence of actual employment discrimination based on being trans in the past 15 years or more?

Even that long ago I recall it being a massive fucking no-no to not say anything which could be upsetting to any employed Troons at work.

Are they completely certain that they don’t get let go because of the myriad of other personality defects they tend to have along with the troonery?
