So, there've been a few people who have compared pooner art to Fluffy ponies. Which, with some of the more extreme art, I can definitely see.
But? There's a level of "This is truly fucked up and you should seek immediate psychiatric care" that could go beyond it in this case.

Just think, a boymoder getting a l'il Pooner of her own and dealing with the ups and downs of pooner care, and the people out in the scary world that want to hurt her valid liddle dood.

so i was playing some isaac browsing the popular mods and found one that looked decent but it was made by some trannies, adds A LOT of gay shit and turns him basically a pooner which i guess is not that hard since he's already pink with huge black eyes and i just wanted to share it
