Thanks very much folks!

Some breaking news, Reform UK are now up to seven MP's after Andrew Rosindell becomes the latest MP to join Reform UK from the Tories:

Graham Stringer (Labour) has been mooted as joining Reform UK as well, he's a 50/50 at present.
What the fuck is Nigel doing? I'm serious. There's an ironic parallel here: if you vanished out all 60 million ethic Brits and replaced them with Somalis overnight, they wouldn't become British, Britain would become Somalia.

If you absorb every opportunistic Tory with a functioning brain and an ability to read the latest polls, Reform becomes the Tory party.

You don't get in government this way. You don't even get to be the opposition this way. He needs to keep his powder dry and wait for a fucking election, however frustrating that may be.

Again, I'm really serious. If you're involved in the party to any extent, please pass this message on to any of the higher ups who will listen. These tory defections need to stop now.

Shout out to Farage's former homies in UKIP, though, for changing their logo to an Iron Cross. That's pretty cool.

Shame they're completely fucking irrelevant now, so nobody even noticed or cared.

Maybe they ought to bring Sargon back for another go?
Strangely enough, I think that Carl is trying to position himself as a future MP - not sure if UKIP would take him but maybe The Heritage Party could as he's good friends with David Kurten.

Bit of a strange rebrand by UKIP, but that's their business.

A few years back, some idiot thought that Neath RUFC's badge resembled the same 'fascist hate cross':

@Clem Fandango I'll be sure to let the top brass know, but ultimately any decision about who comes in (or doesn't) lies with Nigel and not me.

It's his say and he is the boss.

Thanks. I honestly want Reform to do well. I'm sure you've seen me make the same point in other threads, but I just want to say that this bothers me because I actually care. If I didn't, I would just be cynically flinging shit from the sidelines, same as I do in response to almost everything Labour do. But there's still a chance for Reform to course correct on this. I just really don't want them to saying in 2029
"wow look, we're up to 60 MPs due to these Tory defections!".

My hope for reform was that Nigel himself gets them in, and then the fresher more radical elements of the party that are unmoored from the labour and conservative parties can then push rightward and start doing actual work. But Nigel is pouring termites all over his own parties wooden foundation.

My hope as well, which I've said often (I know).

There's several phases which the party has to go through.

For argument's sake, let's say Nigel is correct and by 2027 Labour is completely dead on its feet - the Starmer Government finally falls...

Pre General Election (whenever) - Reform UK needs to go into Purdah in a strong position.

After victory - gut out the Civil Service and remove those not loyal to the UK, go in hard and make all necessary changes extending a hand to Trump if it helps us as ell.

2028/29 - Nigel should then step down and be replaced by either Jenrick or (if available) a more far-right younger candidate. Now that Reform UK have the power, they'll also control the narrative and the BBC/woke media will hopefully be dead and buried by then.

2031/32 - The date of the GE after next, in this hypothesis, which will be more key than the previous one:

* Will Reform UK have kept its promises (hopefully yes)
* Will the Opposition Government be in a position to challenge for power (hopefully no)

Don't think that Farage, Jenrick, Zahawi etc. are forever - they are not. They are important bricks in Reform UK's house, but one day they will need to be replaced.

The party is always MORE than the people who belong to it - one day, I'll be gone and somebody else will hopefully be doing my job in helping Reform UK (or whatever we're called then) to stay at the top.

@Clem Fandango That is a very fair point, but ultimately it is the number of MP's which gets you elected (or not). It's a balancing act, and one which is unique to Reform UK at present.

Edit: To the person who moved this thread, 'Why you like this?'

1) I was kindly asked by somebody to start a thread in order to allow other topics to be posted on the Brit News thread.

2) I do not want that thread to come under the auspice of moderators - there's already been too much drama caused there by a few nameless individuals.

3) Whilst there may be glowies on here who wish to shut down mention of Reform UK, I can contain them in one area.

Happy to answer your question, you may or may not wish to report back to Millbank as you so wish.

but isn’t half of bong land stinky Indian people and Muslims?
The way Reform are going, half of their party will be jeets and muds too.
Farage seems to court ex tories from Iraq who have massive offshort wealth generated through corruption, and he got down on his knees to beg some paki with a big chequebook to come back to the party.
He also created false accusations against a senior Reform member who was asking too many questions about the jeets and muds entering the party.

If you want to amuse yourself, go look at the OP's autistic essays in the British thread about how this is actually some 5D chess by St. Nigel, and that the muds and jeets are good.
You'll also find a spectacular meltdown where he took his toys, and quit the thread for two days in prime LOLCow behaviour.

Don't lie. You made this thread because you got your feelings hurt in the British news megathread and went on a blocking spree like a gay little toad.

Speaking of amphibians, Farage is a frog faced shyster who will bottle it the second it looks like he might win, leaving reform in the hands of all the shitskins and former tories he gathered up.

He's the British version of HHH.

I only block those who, like you, bring nothing to the thread other than immaturity and the inability to be civil and to use what functions in your head for a brain.

Those sort and the obvious Labour Party glowies herein like Captain Autism, FedPostExpress and possible a couple of other sock accounts who are shitting themselves that nobody wants to vote for them anymore.

Now go and cry into a large pair of Rachel Reeves size breasts.

You've actually lost the plot m8. One day when you're old enough you'll look back on these days with embarrassment. The fact you actually block people on the farms shows you shouldn't be here in the first place.

I was once like you, I believed in our Nige. Even voted for him in the EU election and tbe subsequent GE after being a lib dem voter previously. Then I saw him bottle it and the illusion was shattered. This latest iteration of the Farage grift is the most globohomo yet. Such a shame he had to be just like the rest.

LOL 'Don't like the Farage grifter = must be a Labour supporter'. Kindergarten level of thought.

The funniest thing about this faggot's 'I'm quiiting the thread' part, was that according to his activity on his profile, he couldn't stop browsing it; probably looking for someone saying 'oh no! please come back! Don't go!'.

As I said...the LOLCow is coming from within the forums.

So what's the over/under on how Farage will totally fuck over the election so that he doesn't have to actually work for the first time in his political career? And how will he do it?
I'm half expecting one of the jeets he brought into the party to be involved in some kind of sexual abuse case, and Farage knew about it, trying to keep it covered up because getting another washed out Tory in his party makes him hard.

I like that the feminist muslim party, the Greens—the raped, a Farmer might note—is less white-genocidal (and probably less muslim) than Reform, the "far right" white voters' protest party.

British humour. Very sophisticated.
