Does anybody else become lactose intolerant after not drinking milk for a while? The pain and shittery goes away after a couple of days of drinking milk.
I was using 2% milk in my smoothies when it started.

Try switching to Goat Milk and Goat Cheese. Its still got lactose in it, but a bit less then cow milk, and depending on the cheese type, almost none. Its a tad more expensive and harder to find in America though. Aldi has some affordable goat cheese options though. Sheep Cheeses like Feta could work too.

just cure your little defect..

drink a glassof milk everytime you have a short way to the bowl, your intolerance will vanish over a couple of weeks.

I have never seen goat milk in my area, but I've been buying goat cheese at my local Trader Joe's. Fuck Feta, though it tastes awful.
