The husky is supposed to be a mix of husky and sergal, which is why the mouth looks so odd. Sergal mouths often stretch very far to the back of the head, the eyes are also a common sergal trait.

I thought it was just the character Steele from Balto, who has eyes like that and a mouth that, at certain angles, looks far too long, but in suit form looks horrifying. Especially since the picture just says husky and not husky/sergal mix, but I couldn't find much about the suit itself.

I just checked out their website and there is no mention of this character being a sergal,
HOWEVER, it is very obvious that this person used this same Sergal base to create the head:

So probably a case of too lazy/busy to use/make a dog head base that matched Steele's shape, so just used a sergal instead. The sergal one works because it at least has those gum/cheek things to make the wide mouth look more natural, Steele just has more teeth in a black space, which is creepy

As other people have stated, it's supposed to be Steele from Balto. It's absolutely not supposed to be a sergal hybrid. If they used a sergal base, they forgot to like edit it at all to make it a husky except the dip in the nose there. They just didn't fur the split on the movable mouth halfway up the side like realistic suit makers do, you have to do that to make it look realistic but also still be functional as a mobile mouth head. I know they did it because it's a cartoon and his mouth goes pretty far back but not like THAT

A LOT of their heads are like this and use that sergal anatomy on suits and stretch the mouth as far back as possible and make it look completely horrifying (see the lions) because they specialize in sergal suits. Part of the problem they run into too is they very infrequently use bases they sculpted so things seem accidental/based on the base sculpt like this wolf that has the same weird syndrome Steele has.

Incidentally, they make great sergals.

EDIT: Found a better example that also isn't a sergal that looks like the Steele head

Placerville of all places, that town doesn't even have 100 people. It's probably the least populated town in Idaho, which isn't even that populated in the first place. Also Idaho has many forest, it ain't just what you see in Napoleon Dynamite.
