The worst fursuits seem to be made/bought/worn by fat lonely (and sometimes/usually gay) men or overweight gender special women. I mean, I understand wanting to masquerade as something you're not if you're that (being a gay man by itself maybe not, but being a gay basement dweller esp with fucked up fetishes is), but still. It's incredibly telling when you don't respect yourself enough to wear anything that isn't just horrendous.

I just realized I've actually seen these two IRL at some con, I honestly don't remember which one, but I DO remember being so weirded out that it didn't even occur to me to grab a snap and I've spent decades going to shows. They are even more frightening IRL, the rear view is fairly jaw-dropping.
I forget now who said they were standing just out of frame of that shot of the ultra creepy Pinkie Pie, but I know exactly how they felt and I am SO sorry they had to see something that weird when they were 12.
