No, they're talking about how like 5+ years ago Michael Kovach made a joke using the word "nega" and now recent glassdoors claim they don't have enough black people on staff.
Oh goody. DEI criticisms. My favorite as if employees should be hired based on external factors and not merit.

So Caine went from eating his fucking brother like Saturn ate his son, keeping him trapped as a subconscious part of himself for decades, only to finally setting him free and then immediately imprison him again in a cabinet 10 minutes later?

Jesus christ, I feel worse for Abel than I do for the main cast and he isn't even a character. Good job Cooper.

The more time passes the more fucked the ending gets, as if the troon rabbit being turned into a dog and the implication they will all turn into blob monsters overtime wasnt enough.

I’ve decided to sit down and watch some of these episodes after watching the kino stream and I might be schizo, but I just get an uncomfortable vibe from the show. Like the writer has certain philosophies or creepy world views that leaks into his works and it makes watching it just uncomfortable for me.
The show is a good look at the mind of a tranny without the usual filter to people that is their sexual deviancy, so a lot of their evil and maladapted phylosophies are laid bare for everyone to see either conciously or subconciously, is fascinating in a way looking back at it with this in mind.

Ive seen a lot of people on social media bring up that Gooseworx claiming that Pomni and Jax were the main characters felt like a retcon, because based on all the advertising and early episodes it was made to seem like itd either be a full ensemble show or Pomni and CAINE being the main characters, since in most ads its just Pomni and Caine, and that it would also just make more sense for the dude who literally is the amazing digital circus itself to be more major of a character than the random emo bunny jerk, and I agree tbh

Like why even make an ihnmaims inspired show if youre gonna shaft the AM in favour for a ted who also has to share the ted role with a second character for most of it? Jax is not remotely interesting enough to do that for

Oh yeah, sorry just woke up.

Anyways, from what I’ve heard, I forget if it was Kevin or Luke, dated someone who was a minor. Again have nothing to back this up, heard it through a conversation with a friend of mine. So I’d be intrigued if more evidence was dug up on this. Otherwise the nega controversy is still funny.

This is how episode 9 begins and when I first saw it, I thought it was a joke. But after watching the rest of the episode, I'm not sure anymore considering the writer's mental state.

It's the juxtaposition of cutesy characters torturing one another next to the empty inspirational poster dialog. You can tell it's a cover up for the weird fetish stuff and—perhaps worst of all—bad writing.

I hope this isn't true. I know there is some horny shit going on behind the scenes, but if this story is true, I think it would mean the end of Glitch.

I think what I'm learning from this is that glitch desperately needs someone who will take the autists and wrangle them. Don't just take on good faith that someone who's made a couple of interesting shorts actually knows how to make a who season, get some kind of producer or something that will clean things up and make sure they have a coherent beginning, middle and end.
Glitch writers need a tard wrangler, badly.

I wonder if they ever thought about if the building ever looses power and everything just turns black
Could easily be running a program that auto-starts up again and to everyone inside there's no loss of continuity.

Like imagine a game with a bunch of little dudes running around like the Sims or Dwarf Fortress. You load the game later, everything about the game state comes back to the exact last state it was in and they keep going like nothing ever happened.

Imagine you intentionally designed a game that every time it gets loaded, every living entity gets a flag set for "imparted with the knowledge that their game was just loaded" and let them all react to that dynamically. "What went wrong in the future? Why did we get reloaded? Why does it say we've been reloaded 238 times in just the past day, what keeps happening? Is our computer in a reboot loop, is the hardware starting to fail?"

If that turns out to be true, then it would be a huge blow to the SMG4 fandom. I remember that in April 2023, SML's creator Logan Thirtyacre was accused of grooming, and the SMG4 fandom celebrated that.

trannies can't do anything without 900 layers of irony-poisoning. nothing is sincere and as a result it all ends up meaningless.

This is now a SOMA / Frictional Games (also creators of Amnesia: The Dark Descent) appreciation thread

Hey yeah actually wtf was that line about??
I don't actually have an issue with this, as Jax is being an unreliable narrator here.

The only two people he witnessed abstracting were his two friends, Ribbit and Kaufmo. From his perspective, they were unpleasant to be around, although in reality, he was the one actually being the problem.
Pomni was actually right here too. Jax not showing them compassion IS what made them abstract.

Edit:

I imagine this was supposed to come over like a Smiling Friends bit, but imagine being a parent of a child, and THIS is what you're hit with at the very start. I'd be quite concerned.

It's so weird like, you need to have advance knowledge of what the deal with these fishes is to get it, and for that you need to have watched episode 7. But then why have a recap at all?

Don’t know if anyone’s posted this but here’s some of the recent reviews of Glitch as a company from the last few weeks.

This is animation so I’m assuming like half of these retards are review bombing it while three and two stars are more accurate. Animators are some of the most autistic retards you will meet. Like all theatre kids or dramafags, they will do it for free with the assumption that they’ll be rewarded later/ worked like dogs because the animation lead promised the sky and they willingly worked for free with some convincing.

@LiquidKid is an actual art person and may have more insight in the industry. My experience is talking with friends about labor laws when I was lab tech at a shitty job. My manager and the owner couldn’t actually fire me when I brought up the states legal requirements and how they were being cocksuckers. My friend responded in the most servile way possible, saying I should be thankful i had a job and how she does “x” without being asked. Years later she bitches about how much they abused her.
