It was put in purposely to piss off Zesty Jesus. They were laughing about it on Troonout a month prior to the update:

Is there a reason why despite the pedophiles and degenerate sex pests in the community, Zesty Jesus seems to get the most hate in the community? I was watching a TF2 video that got recommended to me (mainly because I was bored) and they treated the dude like he was Voldemort.

This probably should go in the Troonout.chat thread but it's mostly tf2 related. ZJ really lives in their heads rent free.

He's also the TF2 Workshop boogeyman that scares all of the little worksloppers who dare to put their tacky garbage onto the workshop. God forbid you care about the artstyle and the quality of the items that get added into the game.
