Doubts are also being raised. Also, where did the niece come from? Is she the spawn of the disabled sister or some other sibling. And if said sibling is not living there, are they unable to help?

Also having doubts about family wide disability.

On another note, does anyone remember tumblr user fireworkcomic? They ran a blog called this is wealthyprivilege or something like that and it turned out that this person, who claimed to not have drinking water in the United States, had been forced to hand over their hard earned money to their mother when they had been a minor, didn't even graduate high school, along with a lot of sob stories and was supposed to be generally poor (despite buying a ds during her blogging time and shirts off the internet) was....not poor at all.

Reading this thread makes me think of her and I'm wondering just how much of her story is legit. Honestly, if you're that broke, you don't go to cons. Especially out of state ones.

I remember firework. Did a bit of research on her when she was around. Got a brand new DS with donations.
She actually was stupid enough to put her real name on her (really terrible) comic, which people then used to find her house, which was fairly nice looking in a middle-class neighborhood. Even though she supposedly couldn't afford school or food or toilet paper to wipe her ass or anything. People started posting about her lying, and she ran off saying she had to leave because people were picking on her for buying herself nice things to ease the depression of being poor.
She ran thisiswealthyprivilege and was a head mod on aboutmaleprivilege during the Redd and Capn debacle, shortly before its spectacular crash and burn.

It looks like outside the resurgence of the e-begging, Taka's still staying away from "the discourse".
Of the remainder of the pals, Tena, Slagar/yetanotherfurry, and Eagleman are keeping out of "the discourse" as well. Eagleman has gone so far as to completely unfollow a whole mess of anti-sjw blogs. And AFPC has her own thread now, which is pretty much dead at this point unless she flips her lid over something.

I'll take a gander at his Taka's reddit history, and look around some more for other stuff, but I think he's pretty much settled down until the next big fandom drama comes along.

The most confusing thing to me is how the hell did Satsuki pay for the meal? If the money was on Paypal, how did she transfer it to her bank that fast? I doubt she has a Paypal credit card, so I'm guessing she probably just whined on tumblr that she and her niece were "totally starving guys!" just so she could get some Mcdonalds. She used her niece as bait. For donations. (:_(

She says she has a paypal debit card. Those are easy to get. Just send in a request and they'll send one. It draws money directly from your paypal account and has a backup that is connected to your actual bank account. I don't doubt she would have one.

Satsuki is begging for grocery money, now. Last time she swears.

It doesn't seem like she's getting money this time, though.

Ok. So she puts out AISH as a possible source of income if you study the message carefully.

From both my research and personal experience, AISH - is only avaljable in the province of Alberta - which is in Canada!

How could Satsuki somehow travel over 3000 miles to Alberta and become a citizen of Canada while doing so???

I think she's using it to say 'crap', since it is apparently Korean for 'crap' or something like that. Huh, and I thought she'd throw in random Japanese.

On her page it does say she's in Canada, I think. I might have misread it. But I thought it was suppose to be like, an anomonopia or something. Does saying random Korean words make it any less weeb, or is it more Weeb?

Oh boy, shit is gonna go down real good

Im eagerly awaiting Takashi to notice. Good luck to the blog owner.

Her PayPal and YouCaring both say she lives in New York.

Her blog is now dashboard only view, which seems to be a way for tumblr users to keep the meanies away, though I'm not too sure what that means

I'm not to sure either, because my main and then a throw away can still see it. Her ask box is also still open (though you can't do anon). So clearly it doesn't stop anyone. If someone wanted to bother her, they still easily could, they'd just have to spend an extra minute creating a throw away. At least Takashi turned off his asks in some kind of an attempt to stay away from drama. She seems to just...ask for it almost.

I think that means that posts from her will only appear in her followers' dashboard (like a facebook newsfeed); you can't go to her tumblr page and scroll through all of the posts. But I'm pretty sure there are ways around it that are as simple as clicking something. I have seen accounts that clearly are reblogging things but if you click on their url it displays a blank page with some silly message like "this tumblr account is minimalist and has no posts".

I wonder if that's a glitch actually, because there's been times I've been on popular blogs, clicked a tag and got the same thing. I'm a mobile user, so I just always assume it's the app fucking up some how. I also don't follow her and was able to look through. Of course, again it's tumblr so who actually knows, it may be that I can see her dash because of an app glitch.

It only means you can't go to their actual blog and can't see their in-dash blog without a tumblr account, you can still see it and all of its posts in-dash even without following. I would assume this is to avoid being flooded with traffic from people without blogs or on private browsers, but it doesn't really do much in the long run.
