I could be wrong, but I also remember Zamii making a post saying that it wasn't because of the Steven Universe fans, but that it was because she was having problems at home and the Tumblr SU thing happened to occur around the same time and just made her feel worse? But that it wasn't solely because of the people on Tumblr. I could be wrong, I'd have to go digging for the post but I think I remember seeing it show up. I'm sure takashi ignored it though.

I remember that post too, but I can't be halfassed to find it. In any way though, she just wants this incident to disappear and it's fucked Takashi keeps bringing it up for his agenda.

Yeah, I remember following along with it all when it happened (Zamii is a friend of a friend so I ended up seeing A LOT of the crap that went down). The SU Fandom thing was pretty much just the last straw Her home life sucked, she had legit physical and mental illnesses, and when the SU thing happened she was at the lowest point in a depressive cycle. It was a perfect shitstorm that pushed her over the edge.
But no, let's blame it all on the SU fandom entirely. - Yeah it's full of shitty people doing shitty things, but ignore them long enough and they'll move on to something/someone else.

I hate "mental" cases like Satsuki purely because they don't actually make an effort to better themselves. Like, damn you could make an effort to work through your anxiety given you're so quickly to tell people off on the internet. Power level here: I still work even though I have -Diagnosed- PTSD and schizoaffective disorder. Sure you can throw anxiety on top of that, but that's blanket terming at best.

Tyrant-rex and that was due to everyone vastly taking it out of context. He or she posted a suicide note over anon hate they were getting because they had said they didn't care what people shipped and then they deleted their blog so people made a bunch of blogs celebrating their supposed death, they popped up a day later. Taka idiot outted what the blog was though. They've been strangely quiet ever since.

Basically, it was a day filled with showering the new blog with love and ever since then, Rex has been dead silent. And for good reason. I'm more than sure the anon hate started again. And like Zamii it was another case of hate exasperating already existing problems.

There always needs to be a level of disconnect when going on the internet. I mean you're literally just text on the board or wherever you post. Sure there are friendships you can make and there are ways to connect such as Skype and shit, but it's still the internet.

Never got death threats myself, but seriously this is what I did and I stayed away from Tumblr for nearly 2 full years. In that time, got my life together, and now? I cringe when I remember what I was like before the Tumblr vacation.

In fact, she continually threatened that her son would be motherless. The last time that the suicide threats happened, she ended up complaining that people "harassed" her family and gunk.

Then of course it stressed another person out that nearly made them leave tumblr entirely. She's a toxic mess. Why does she get a say who's an edgelord?
